Care that knows
them by name.
Care from the same small team, not a rotating cast of strangers. They learn your loved one's routines, their stories, and exactly how they like their morning coffee.
- No minimum hours
- Nurse-led, owner-operated

Built on relationships,
never transactions
We reimagined home care around a simple truth: people heal and thrive when they're cared for by someone who truly knows them.
The same small team, every visit
A small, dedicated team cares for your loved one, so they see familiar faces who know their preferences, routines and personality — not a rotating cast of strangers. We call that team a pod.
Caregivers who stay
Industry-leading pay, real support, and genuine respect attract the best caregivers — and keep them. Lower turnover means lasting relationships and better care.
Real-time quality
Our Serenity Performance Index tracks outcomes as they happen, so we catch what matters early and hold ourselves to consistent excellence across every care team.
Non-medical home care, plainly listed
- Personal care — Hands-on help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and moving safely around the home.
- Homemaker services — Light housekeeping, laundry, changing linens, grocery shopping and meal preparation.
- Companionship — Conversation, shared activities, reading, outings and a reliable presence in the day.
- Supervision — Watchful presence for someone who should not be alone for long stretches, including cueing and reminders.
- Respite care — Scheduled relief so a family caregiver can rest, work, travel or simply step away.
- Structured family caregiving — A pathway for a family member already providing the care to be trained, supported and paid for it.
We do not provide skilled nursing, therapy, wound care or medication administration. If that is what you need, we will connect you with a local provider who does — free, and with no payment of any kind coming back to us.
We serve Greater Cincinnati — Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Clermont counties.

Gloria Aflya, RN, BSN
Chief Executive Officer, Administrator and RN Clinical Manager
Serenity is owner-operated and led by a registered nurse. Gloria personally conducts the initial assessment for every new client, before a caregiver is assigned. Not a salesperson, not a coordinator — the nurse who runs the company, in your home, building the plan herself.
That is also why the clinical supervision behind every schedule is real. Serenity is a non-medical agency and does not provide nursing services; what an RN at the top means here is oversight, judgment and accountability for the care plan.

The right people, doing
their life's best work
Every caregiver on our team is carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and deeply committed to person-centered care. They're not just professionals — they become trusted companions your family looks forward to seeing.
Stories from our community
The consistency is incredible. Mom knows her caregivers by name and genuinely looks forward to their visits. It's like having extended family.
I was skeptical about the small-team model, but it works beautifully. Dad's caregivers understand his needs without us having to constantly explain things.
I've worked for several agencies. Serenity's support, competitive pay, and small-team model make this the best environment I've ever experienced.
